gui pi tang is a registered herbal food supplement which is good in case of depression, worries, sadness, especially if accompanied by fatigue and insomnia characterized by waking up easily or too early.

Strengthening the tai yin and shao yin to tonify both qi and xue. For deficiency of qi and xue due to weakness of the tai yin and shao yin, manifested by palpitation, insomnia and dream disturbed sleep, anxiety and phobias, feverishness, withdrawal, tiredness, forgetfulness, poor concentration, poor appetite, pale complexion, or irregular periods, pale tongue with thin and whitish coating,  thin and weak pulse

According to the Chinese tradition:

- tonifies Qi and Xue

- Tonic in case of chronique fatigue

- nourishes le "Shen"
