• Valerian root extract, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, wetting agent: cross-linked cellulose gum, colouring agent: iron oxide, glazing agent: polyethylene glycol, stabiliser: beta cyclodextrin, flavours.

• Adults: 1 tablet 2 to 4 times daily. Take the doses spread over the day with water.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. This product should not be used during pregnancy or lactation.
