- Olive oil extra virgin (Olea europaea), capsule wall (bovine gelatine, humectant (glycerol), water, humectant (sorbitol), colouring agent (sulphite ammonia caramel)), ubiquinone, stabiliser (beeswax), sunflower lecithin.
- Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily during or immediately after meals.
Preferably take with fatty foods.
