- Magnesium bisglycinate, filler (microcrystalline vellulose (cellulose gel), cellulose (HPC), croscarmellose sodium), taurine, L-glycine, glazing agent (HPMC, MCT oil), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
- Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 to 3 tablets daily during or immediately after meals.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
