• Filler (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), capsule wall (cellulose (HPMC)), blackcurrant (ribes nigrum), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

• Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 to 2 capsules daily during or immediately after meals. In case of swallowing difficulties, the capsule may be opened.
