- Magnesium citrate and bisglycinate, sea magnesium (magnesium oxide), magnesium carbonate, zinc gluconate, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and B8 (D-biotin), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and calcium phosphate. Capsule: fish gelatine.
