Take 2 capsules daily between meals (at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal) with water.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years of age.

When there is an increased need for iodine, it may be necessary to combine this product with an iodine supplement such as Vitals Iodine Biological. In some situations, it may be wise to start with 1 capsule per day for the first week or two weeks and only then increase the dosage to 2 capsules per day.

Suitable for vegetarians (not for vegans).

Caution:
In cases of hyperthyroidism or when taking thyroid medication, consult a doctor before taking any supplement containing ashwagandha.

Do not use during pregnancy or lactation.
